• Reserved parking in own parking lots right in front of the house included in the price
• Fully equipped kitchenette (dishes, fridge, microwave oven, jug kettle, cooktop, cooker hood) 
• Barrier-free access except for the small step in the front door (however, the entrance to the bathroom and toilet is narrower = unsuitable for wheelchair users) 
• In addition to the washing machine, the apartment is equipped with a clothes dryer rack, iron and ironing board  
• Detergents and cleaning products are included in the price if needed. 
• The spacious bathroom is equipped with a large shower corner, with a classic and rain shower, a hairdryer is available 
• Satellite TV
• WiFi free of charge is provided as a matter of course
• A foldable sofa is at guests’ disposal, where 1 or 2 persons can sleep, though with a limited comfort 
• A cycle storage stand is available in front of the apartment windows in the locked garden.
