Pricelist, accommodation conditions

Prices of accommodation

• Monday - Thursday, Sunday: CZK 1 700 / apartment / night 
• Friday - Saturday: CZK 1 900 / apartment / night 
• A city tax of 50 CZK per person per night is payable in addition to the accommodation

Minimum length of accommodation is 2 nights. In case of use and wellness it is possible 1 night for CZK 2 000 / apartment. Price of acomodation DOES NOT incuide price of wellness. See price list of wellness.

Individual prices can be agreed in case of longer stays.

The price of accommodation includes:

• Reserved parking in own parking place right in front of the house included in the price
• The price further includes detergents and cleaning products if needed
• WiFi is provided free of charge as a matter of course
• A cycle storage rack is at guests’ disposal in front of the studio windows in the locked garden.

Accommodation conditions

• pets are not allowed
• the entire area of the studio and multifunctional house is strictly non-smoking
• the minimum length of accommodation is 2 nights (except for special cases)
• on the day of start of the stay, check-in by 14:00 hours (2 p.m.), check out by 10:00 hours (10 a.m.) (unless agreed otherwise on a case-by-case basis)
• not suitable for infants (under 2 years of age)
• parties or social events are not allowed
• towels, bath towels, bedlinen are available and included in the price of accommodation

All prices are quoted in CZK and inclusive of VAT.
